Welcome to Old City Massage. We have a history of making pain a distant memory. Our mission goes beyond a cozy space to relax the mind and body. We are dedicated to supporting our clients whole body wellness journey by providing intentional therapeutic sessions, focused on meeting you where you are.
Our Services
We offer our services as customized sessions, allowing the therapist to tailor your treatment based on exactly what brought you in. We understand that your needs often change from session to session, and we believe every client deserves the massage that benefits them each time they visit. When you fill out your intake forms and medical history, we gain insight into how your needs may manifest in the body; we ask questions and listen carefully. We evaluate for contraindications and discuss your personalized massage plan. Your therapist will utilize a variety of techniques to achieve your goals. You no longer need to worry about booking the 'right' massage session because your experience will be specifically designed for you.

I pride myself on crafting personalized treatments based on your presented patterns of dysfunction that show up as pains and changes in mobility etc. With 12 years experience comes my "tool box" of techniques and understanding of how the body operates and responds to how we use it (or not).
